The 50 acre farm is an easy drive from both the Triangle and Southern Pines. Our specialty is expert dressage training in a fun and positive environment.  All levels of rider are welcome - from beginner to FEI.

Susie Wiedman and Encore Sporthorse have been providing quality dressage training for both the horse and rider for over twenty five years. Susie is a USDF gold medallist with thirty years of equestrian experience in dressage and other equestrian disciplines.

Trainer and owner Susie Wiedman and the Ovation Farm barn managers reside on the property.

Meet the trainer!

Susie Wiedman is the owner and head trainer at Encore Sporthorse. She has over 30 years of dressage riding and training experience. She has her USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medals. Her emphasis is on developing happy riders and horses who enjoy the adventure that is dressage. Susie enjoys working with all levels of rider and horse and enjoys bringing the best out of each and very breed of horse. Susie is currently accepting full training horses and riders and is available for lessons and clinics.
